01. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse which is located in Goodwood (Cape Town, South Africa)

Estimated order delivery times are as follows:

  • Cape Town: 1-2 Days
  • Main Centres (larger cities): 1-3 Days
  • Regional Areas (smaller cities and towns): 3-5 Days
  • Remote and outlying areas: 5-7 Days
Please note: these are estimated times and are guidelines only. Factors such as holidays, time your order is placed and seasonal peaks may affect these estimates.
We and our delivery partners do our best to deliver within these target time frames, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays with your order.
02. Who will deliver my order?

Brabantia products are delivered by Aramex in South Africa. Couriers will generally deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 (weekdays).

03. Can I track my order online?

When your product is dispatched from our warehouse, we will e-mail you with a tracking reference.

You may use this reference to track your order online on the Aramex website here: If you do not recieve an e-mail with this reference, please e-mail our customer service department who will assist you.

04. Can I collect my order?

We unfortunately do not offer customer collections for products purchased on this website.

05. Do you offer international delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time.

06. Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Unfortunately our delivery partner does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

07. How much will you charge me for delivery?

Orders below R299.00 (Total) incur a R149 Flat Rate Shipping charge. For orders over R299.00 shipping is FREE to anywhere in South Africa!

08. What is Pargo?

Pargo is a delivery service that lets you choose a convenient local pick up point in your area. No more waiting at home for a delivery to arrive! Collect you delivery when it suits you. There are many Pargo collection points at stores and other businesses across South Africa. Just choose your closest point on the map and your delivery will be sent to the shop. You’ll get a notification from us that your delivery is ready to be collected when it arrives. Simply go to the store and present them with your reference number and ID. Learn more at
