Good product with a few minor issues

"The overall product is exactly as described in the description. The drying rack is firm and made of good quality materials. However, there’s quite a few scratches on the product and as a person who does not like defects on the items I purchase, I was a bit disappointed. I did contact customer services who then assisted me to exchange the first rack I received but the second rack had many scratches as well. I did not opt to complain about this as I think it’s a factory issue when they are handling the product, they do not handle it with care. I personally think, the item is overpriced. Even though it’s of good quality, the defects does bother me. Customer service is helpful and delivery and exchanges are fast."
