All orders are shipped from our warehouse which is located in Cape Town, South Africa. Our order cut-off time is 14:30 (business days only). Orders placed after this time may only be processed the next day.

Estimated order delivery times are as follows:

• Cape Town: 1-2 Days
• Main Centres (larger cities/metros): 2-3 Days
• Regional Areas (smaller cities and towns): 3-5 Days
• Remote and outlying areas: 5-7 Days

Please note: these are estimated times and are guidelines only. Factors such as holidays, time your order is placed and seasonal peaks may affect these estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we, and our delivery partners, do our best to deliver within these target time frames. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays with your order. 

You will receive email and SMS order tracking updates for your order:

• Shipped - Your order has left our warehouse
• Out for delivery - Your order will be delivered that day
• Delivered - You order has been delivered and name of person signing for the order

Currently, we unfortunately do not offer customer collections for products purchased on this website. This may change in future so stay tuned for updates.

Unfortunately due to licensing agreements, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
