"These wash bags have helped a lot in preventing small socks (eg secret socks, toddler socks) from getting stuck in the "outflow" rubber area of the washing machine and thus not washing properly. They have also been great for delicate items that could hook on a zipper, or even for putting items with velcro (eg hats) in so that the velcro doesn't get stuck on other clothing items."
